Tickets

Can Tickets be bought onsite? 

Yes, they can, however, we do recommend purchasing tickets in advance as this will speed up your check in process. 

How many tickets qualify as a group rate?

A group rate requires a minimum of 10 tickets. Please email zara@journeycommunity.co.uk for further inquiries or questions.


Onsite at
the Event

Will I have Internet access?

We do not offer internet access onsite.
Please be aware, due to the amount of people service could be slow. 

Is there seating at the event?

We have a limited amount of seating onsite. Due to that, we recommend that you bring your own chair of possible as we cannot guarantee a seat for every attendee. 

Is there a Map of the site?

Yes, there is! A map will be sent out to those who have purchased tickets closer to the date of the event. 


Local Amenities

How do I get into the site?

Turn into the Shane’s Castle entrance and immediately turn left. Follow the signs to the Check In Tent for further instructions. The site opens on the Thursday at 1PM for campers.

How do I get to Shane’s Castle if I am not driving?

The easiest option would be by taxi. The local taxi service we recommend is Regency Cabs in Antrim.

What are the closest hotels?

The closest hotels are Holiday Inn Express Antrim, Dunsilly Hotel, and the Dunadry Inn. All of these locations are within a 10 minutes drive from Shane’s Castle. Hilton Templepatrick is another option approximately 20 minutes away. 


Camping

How far is the carpark from the campsite?

The carpark is directly beside the campsite. Very close access! 

Can I bring my car onto the campsite?

You can drive your car onto the site to unload camping supplies upon the campsite opening, however upon that, vehicles must be removed from the site as soon as possible. If left onsite, you will be asked to remove the vehicle. 

Are there showers onsite?

Yes! There are showers and toilets available for use onsite throughout the event. 

Are electric hook-ups available onsite?

 Yes! Campers will have access to a power station onsite the campsite. Caravans will have access to power with the purchase of a Caravan ticket. Please bring your own lead to connect to the power source.

Are campfires allowed onsite? 

Campers can use camping stoves and small, off the ground, BBQs. Campfires or disposable BBQ’s are not permitted onsite at any time. 

Can I bring my pet?

We only allow registered service dogs onsite.


Kids

What age group will be involved in the kids’ sessions?

5-11 Year olds! 

When are the Kids Sessions?

The time slots for the kids are below! Please be advised, we will not be responsible for children outside of the session times. These are the session times we had in 2023 and may vary slightly.
